This instrument will be portable (110vac converter) I want a push button on a 20ft cord and a wall plug on a 6ft cord. Select: 110vac converter with Push Button switch.
I will wire the instrument myself. Select: 110vac converter (no switch)
This instrument will be installed permanently in the organ. (see voltage regulator note) Our console has (or we will install) a latching switch, tab, drawknob or toestud. Select:12vdc motor (regulator on request)
Our console has (or we will install) a momentary switch, tab, drawknob or toestud. Select: 12vdc motor with reversing relay.

Voltage Regulator Note: Older organs supply a "12v" signal that is actually 15vdc or more.
On request , an optional voltage regulator is mounted beside the motor.
Then you will connect a signal between 13.5 and 24vdc to the red wire, and connect the black wire to ground.
